n  Partnered with developer and launched a 200 seat seasonal restaurant. As an owner involved in concept and pro forma for food and beverage, menu design, vendor relations, music venue, and management. The Back Porch is entering its 7th season.

n  Led key component of 53 MM renovation of historic landmark building. Conducted leasing analysis to determine concept and identify anchor tenants. Worked with project team on multiple venues. Responsible for public relations via press releases, events, and community involvement.

n  Represented NY developer in community and local government relations with city of Miami to secure a letter of intent for a 4 million square foot mixed-use development.

n  New Business Development for a construction-engineering firm responsible for Asian market. Through initiatives with the Ohio Department of Commerce participated in creating opportunities to bid world class curtain wall in the U.S. and Asia.
